Corinne McCafferty
Corinne is a native of Arizona. Her family came to Arizona in 1895 and owned and operated the Central Ave Dairy in Phoenix for many years. Corinne graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later completed many graduate courses in finance and real estate.
Corinne's real estate background began in 1973 when she began her banking career with Western Savings. Corinne was with Western Savings until 1990 and worked both in Loan Administration and Construction Lending. In fact, she was a Vice President in Construction Lending specializing in Acquisition and Development Loans and Residential and Commercial Loans. From 1990-1995, Corinne was employed by FDIC where she assisted in liquidating real estate assets for failed banks and savings & loans.
In 1996, Corinne moved to Flagstaff and began her career in selling real estate. Each year she has qualified as a multi-million dollar producer. In 1998, she became the broker and co-owner of CENTURY 21 Flagstaff Realty, and during the next five years, through her leadership and management, the company doubled its sales volume and grew to 22 agents. Additionally, during this period, the company received many awards, including the Quality Service Award, Pinnacle Quality Service Award, and the prestigious Gold Medallion Award for production. In 2000, Corinne was accepted by the National Registry of Who's Who as a Lifetime Member, the highly recognized biographical publication for professionals.
In August 2003, Corinne sold her interest in the company in order that she could devote her time to selling and providing excellent quality service to her clients. Corinne is an Associate Broker and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Corinne served as Treasurer for the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® in 2003, 2004 & 2006 and has also served on the Professional Standards Committee and MLS Committee. In October 2003, Corinne was presented the Distinguished Service Award by the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®. Formerly known as the REALTOR® of the Year Award, it is presented to one REALTOR® each year for service, professionalism, and dedication to the industry. In April 2004, Corinne joined Russ Lyon Realty Company, an Arizona Real Estate Company since 1947. Since 2004, Corinne has had sales in excess of $80 million.
